A smoke for spite

Everything is fine now. I'm sorry I broke everyone's heart and sent you into a tail spin. As I've tried to explain, I did not lose my quit. I lit the cigarette for dramatic effect. There was never any threat to my quit. Please, it's time to move on now and help the new folks and those who are struggling who really need the help right now. PBP, it's a lot of work on your body to detox from a drug. You might even want to take a day or two off if you can. If not, eat healthy every couple of hours, drink lots of water, cut back the caffiene, and get your rest when you can.
