Glad you are back....you did it once and can do it again. I always thought it was so cool you and your daughter quit together. Sorry about the health issues but it certainly could be worse. Are you cold turkey or nrt this time....well, you know what to expect.
NOPE and HUGZ,
Janet :)

What really p*$$e$ me off is that we have all this evidence about how harmful tobacco is and yet it is LEGAL. So glad it is banned just about everywhere in CA. Don't like the cig nazis but the damage to health is irrefutable.

And remember, Cuddles, this too will pass. And as time goes by it gets much easier, the craves become passing smoking thoughts and you will have beaten the nicodemon. I hung in there alot just because I'm too dam stubborn to let him win. I am in control not some pile of carceogenic chemical foliage wrapped in paper....that scenario is ludicrous!
Stay strong and stay close....

Duffis, you do know how to woo the ladies! :) Nothing hits the spot like a bouquet of gorgeous flowers. You are such a sensitive guy and I mean that from the heart!

I've always felt that after a "long" period of time, (30 days isn't that long but certainly feels like it) the junkie talk about I can have "just one" kicks in and we feel complacent enough to do it.
I'm almost at 200 days and am thinking smoking for a couple of days. I won't but just feel that nicodemon is a mean spirited bas%$#d trying to ruin my hard fought anniversaries! :) And of course boredom is a mean trigger....the doldrums of winter....quit for all seasons, blah, blah, blah.
I'm betting the Stones will sing Start Me Up at the half today. Anybody want to bet?
Janet :)

I knew I was an ssc-aholic when I started rewarding myself for NOT checking in for several days. As in YESSSS.......I can move on with life as a nonsmoker without my ssc fix. I am glad I caught this post, though. It is a classic!!!! :)
