Hey there, Rhiannon good on you!!! I smoked roll your owns for 30 years ( and tried and failed a number of times to get free...),. This forum is a great place todrop in and get suppport. I read the Allen Carr book (twice) and it really helped me. I dont desire to smoke at all, I drank alot of water when I started the road to freedom, and ,like they say, every time I felt a pang for a nicotine fix I knew it was the monster dying that little bit more!!!! You can do this, jump in the waters just fine!!!!

WOW, Well done Brenda, I will always remember how cool you were when I first jumped in here. Please excuse my tardiness... Its been a while since I dropped by and things have changed huh?
Just dropped in to see how every one was and in particular Miss Marple...........I am so sorry. We have been having a bit of a hard time down here in N.Z. and I just felt like jumping in to check things out. I know I'm late but she was one of the Forum legends and , because of those legends I am still free.
When you come to the realisation that there is nothing good provided by smoking, and admit to YOURSELF you dont enjoy poisoning yourself daily, then there is nothing to quit. You get Free of the of the shackles and its almost like a veil lifted. You see smoking for what it is; an expensive, destructive and tragic form of self abuse. I love being FREE!!!!!
