Question

Check out the Johnny Cash version of NIN's Hurt.....its pretty powerful. As for the book, yeah it addresses the physcology of smoking and helps you to understand the fear.  Its what helped me to finally quit.

Coffee please

PB, thats so cool. It great when you realise that you are a non smoker..I had a stressful experience yesterday,( carved the side of my car up on fence) and one of my daughters said to her mother " I bet Dad would kill for a smoke now" and I just laughed. The thought hadnt even crossed my mind!!! Lets keep on keeping on !!!

Any suggestions anyone????

I was a heavy smoker for 30 years and tried to get free a number of times. What really helped me was the Allen Carr book. After reading it I just stopped, cold turkey. It works on the brainwashing aspect of the nicotine addiction and you keep smoking while you read it. Give it a try, you may be surprised. Keep jumping in here for help, every one has some great advice that you will find helpful.
