Just bragging....

Tammy, You are doing well . I'm pleased to hear you are looking forward to the day you get free, I was the same!!! You are getting your head in the right place to be successful and thats the key. Remember you are giving up...NOTHING!!!
Its so good not having to carry around all that paraphernalia associated with smoking, not scrambling for $$$ to buy the poison, standing out side on miserable days, choking myself while my family looks at an otherwise intelligent man doing the most stupid thing!! I sooo love not smoking and Tammy so will you!! You will succeed.

Anyone read this yet?

These pictures are all over cigarettes and tobacco down here already and , like Canada, cover around 50%. Doesnt work on hardened addicts but it works on the young kids..YAY.  There is also a huge tax on tobacco in N.Z. as well . NOT MY PROBLEM ANYMORE!!!!

Missed a Step?

"if at first you don't suceed.."  I personally recommend trying the Allen Carr book. You smoke while reading it and the message undoes the brainwashing we all go through when trapped by nicotine. You will be able to do this, one slip is all this is. Dont get down on yourself ...it happens

Promises

You are so right Cameless, and everebody at SSC with kids can do this. We can stop this generational addiction and deprive the tobacco companies of future victims. Imagine a world where smoking is consigned to history books only !!!! Everyone here is breaking the circle of addiction and that is how the smokefree revolution starts!!!! Appreciate the support here, its a good place to come...
