I found drinking water and going for a walk really helpful. Every time a thought of smoking enters your mind just smile and realise its the death throes of the nictotine monster. You are doing it!!!!

Enjoying the cruise, just chillin....My strategies have been more mental than anything else, drink a bit of water but every time I get a pang ( and they are gettin few and far between!!) I just know its the nicotine monster dying.....The sucess stories here help. Anyhoo back to the deck chair and cold beer.
