New here

Welcome aboard!! This is a great place to be when you start on the journey to being free. I smoked 40 - 50 a day and I just stopped. I found drinking water a big help and every craving I felt was just the death of the nicotine monster. The people in this forum are awesome and I found the support a huge help. You are about to start the greatest journey to...FREEDOM!!!!!

Ten years smoke free

10 years is a huge milestone WELL DONE!!!. Just thought I'd drop by to hello. Its been over 2 years since I got free and sometimes I forget I even smoked!!! This site was a huge help and I would encourage newbies to hang in....by the way ..I spent the $$ I had saved by taking my wife, 3 daughters,1 son-in-law and 2 grandaughters to Anaheim/L.A./San Deigo for 2 weeks!!!!! You can do it!!!!!!
