"You get to quit....not you got to quit" You don't have to give up anything but cigarettes. You can do everything you always have done but smoke. Today is day one. Yay me! I'm four and one half hours into the day w/o a cigarette and although my mind and body keep telling me I am craving a cigarette, I don't really feel tempted to smoke. I believe I am ready to be successful. I think my challenge is to remember that is what I believe. This site is a blessing!
