Adam, just like the desire to quit smoking, the desire to have a healthier body comes from within you. When you eat healthy and clean, you will be able to maintain or control your weight. Like quitting smoking, it isn't easy. Like quitting smoking, it isn't something you just do now, and then go back later to stuffing yourself with cheeseburgers and fries. It is a new way of living, a way of honoring your body.
What can you stuff yourself with? Water, carrots, celery, pretty much any kind of vegetable, watermelon, cantaloupe, apples. Those are just a few...I'm sure others can add more. Take a look at our posts where we write what we eat...that will give you some great ideas!
Rusty :)
