Lady, sorry youre not feeling well. b- oatmeal/blueberries l- cottage cheese/flax d- Vietnamese yellow pancakes with shrimp and pork, 1 spring rolls Wasted much of the morning trying to install some new software on the computer. I dislike inept programmers who create shoddy software. They cause people like me to stay on the phone for 2 hours with customer service reps, only to have the product NOT work properly. Sheesh! Todays exercise: Watching daughter play basketball. :p

Hi All, Just a quick check-in. My daughter split her knee open during a basketball game this Saturday. She apparently picked up staph from the gym floor. We just returned from the docs office for the second time. At the moment, shes on 2 mega-antibiotics, is not allowed to get out of bed, and has to go straight to the hospital if she begins running a fever. Were not having a particularly good week. b- cottage cheese/flax, toast, peaches s- wheat thins l- no time yet d- will be veggie lasagna, salad, some sort of fruit No exercise for me. :(

hmmmmm. . . .I must be the only one eating again. Okay, the good news is the doc says I dont have to have a knee operation yet. The bad news is that its early arthritis and I have to take some anti-inflammatory meds and go to physical therapy for awhile. (Hey, will that count as exercise?) b- cottage cheese/flax, toast, peaches s- pecans, wheat thins l- chicken/cheese/tomato/lettuce sandwich d- out with hubby fettuccini alfredo with grilled chicken and shrimp, salad (I ate all of the salad and just a tiny bit of the fettuccini and meat)
