Well have been off cigarettes for 7 days now.The second part of the project is loosing weight.Target is 75 pounds. The reason I say this is that I have one of the best nutritionist and trainers available to pro athlete's as support. Weight loss is a fonction of absorbing less calories than you use and therefore the only way to accelerate the loss is to increase the amount of calories required for substinance by doing axercise. Therefore make an appintment with a nutritionist to find out your calorie intake for weight substinance and either take in less calories than that or exercise and you will have your weight loss.

Hey Rusty, I too have the Crunch Dance Party video. I bought it back in December and just used it for the first time a couple of days ago. I was home alone when I began the routine and just before the cool down my boys came home....I ran to unlock the back door for them....told them I had to get back to my workout but it would be over soon....then running back to the workout I locked the door of the room I was in. I heard all of them over the next couple of minutes come to the door and try to turn the knob, no one said a word to me, just turned and went away. I finished up the routine and went to the kitchen where they were all waiting forme....Is this workout some kind of secret or something?, they said....Well no, it's not a secret, but no one, no where needs to see me trying, and let me empasize that, TRYING to do some of those moves, seeing such could be interpretted as cruel and unjust punishment. None the less, my heart rate was up and I was sweating at the end so it must have done some good. Also, I have to admit that it was fun TRYING to dance, got a few good laughs at myself.
