OK March Mellows, the countdown to our Year 1 begins here! Read this thread and look how far we have come! It's hard to believe we have done it! In the next 29 days to March 1st, we will go through some of our old threads and watch our we grew into our quits!
Look at you, what a wonderful bunch of people, who came together to make our lives better by quitting, and boy what success we have had!
Be proud of yourselves and get ready to celebrate! :)

Hey fellow March Mellows!
My Q- day is tomorrow, 3/27. and I am sooooooo scared!
Need a group hug! I am so hoping that I will be pleasently suprised with not bad withdraws! Last time I tried can still remember the horror of it all. BUT I am so much more ready this time, also not going cold turkey this time, doing the patch. any other out there with success with the patch?
Bobbi
Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still a non-smoker. I haven't been posting lately but I'm still here and going strong.
Best wishes,
Brad

:)Congrats Lainey and to all who have quit. I quit March 11th and it feels great!!! I have moments (cravings) when I need to remind myself why I quit but I am determined to beat this!!!!
I wish you all the best and remember we are not alone.
;)
Take care,
Jersy
Welcome Tigger! Read, read read, it is all very helpful to read about other going through the same things, some better some worse. And to talk to all the ones who have 100 and 200 and more days under their belts and are still going is awesome. You can do it. WE are all with you! Deep breaths help alot and using a straw as a fake cig also helps. (Tricks the ole brain) Keep going.
