Hello Lainey, Yes, I quit in March, And the best advice I can give You, Is find Yourself a substitute for not smoking, It's like giving up One addiction of smoking, But find something to replace that emptyness, I was 65 when I first quit, But took up walking every morning, 2 1/2 miles, and this was my outlet for not wanting a cigerette, Join and excercise club would be nice, took up dieting last year and lost 25 pounds, just by eating healthy foods, It's what ever Your cup of tea is, But what ever You decide, go at it full time, and It will subside the craving You crave for in cigs, But my motto has always been, A great Motivation, and that Positive Attitude that You got inside You, My Motivation was All my Friends on this Website, Who stood behind me and said!!! Come on John, You can do it, And I never looked back again, but only at my great friends that surrounded me, They gave me the encouragement I needed, Now it's been 4 years since a cigerette has touched my lips, I will never smoke again, Because I have too much pride inside me now, Good luck to You, Just get the Eye of the Tiger, And Just Do It, Smokless In Oklahoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1460 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 43,828 Amount Saved: $6248.8 Life Gained: Days: 332 Hrs: 5 Mins: 12 Seconds: 3
