OK March Mellows, the countdown to our Year 1 begins here! Read this thread and look how far we have come! It's hard to believe we have done it! In the next 29 days to March 1st, we will go through some of our old threads and watch our we grew into our quits! Look at you, what a wonderful bunch of people, who came together to make our lives better by quitting, and boy what success we have had! Be proud of yourselves and get ready to celebrate! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 332 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,300 Amount Saved: $3,502.60 Life Gained: Days: 43 Hrs: 14 Mins: 36 Seconds: 24

We're with you, Tigger! The first few days can be rough, but it gets better after that. And in time, a whole lot better! :)

Welcome Tigger! Read, read read, it is all very helpful to read about other going through the same things, some better some worse. And to talk to all the ones who have 100 and 200 and more days under their belts and are still going is awesome. You can do it. WE are all with you! Deep breaths help alot and using a straw as a fake cig also helps. (Tricks the ole brain) Keep going.
