Hi, I have been around in a couple of days. My hives got really bad and my eyes were close to swelling shut. It seems like it's always something...I had to go back on my old medications until I get rid of the hives. I'm feeling alot better this afternoon-so I'm back. I had to back track on what I ate and basically I had little to no activity. I wasn't out of breath when I ran for two minutes so I did intervals(run two minutes walk for three-repeat). I had a glimps of my old self-the person who never smoked and did 5 miles regardless. If I'm going to do both it will be treadmill before ellipitical-that won't be for a long while. I'm not quite there yet. I was humbled... :blush: Weighed in at 193.
