Congratulations on the 5 k missthing! Started practicing for my mini-triathalon and realize that it's going to be ALOT harder than I thought it was going to be (and it's not even a REAL triathalon).
Anyway..........these diet plans don't allow for extra exercise so I went over today
1779 calories
47.7 % carb
25.7 % protein
28.6 % fat
But....I spent 2 hours at the gym today - 30 minutes doing (very slow) lengths in the pool, 20 mins on the bike, a 45 minute lean machines class and a 15 mins abs class .... I figured that I deserved my smoothie tonight! (And I was hungry!)
