JDK - most excellent choice!!! Good for you. Is this a place you can go as often as you need to for support/education?? Information is power in your quit.
Stay strong, look forward - not back.

Sam, I brush my teeth right after I eat, I carry those listerine strips too....love that clean fresh feeling, fresh breath, and it really helped me with the triggers you mention. Just a thought :)

awesome Sam, every day is better going forward :) Every day I think of one more positive thing about quitting, this morning it was how good I sleep now, no coughing, hacking, no tickle in the back of my throat when I lie down and how good my breath is when I wake up. it is all good :)
YAY for you!!

Kathleen, my DH posted on here some where that when you quit smoking the craves will eventually stop, but if you keep smoking you will always have a craving as long as you do it - or words to that effect. It sounded better when he posted it tho. :)
Your stats are awesome!! Keep looking forward, don't step back - it feels so good to quit, I never felt this good when I smoked. These craves you have will stop if you keep quitting.
