jon, Great choice! Antioxidants over toxic chemicals any day. I'm sorry too that you are having a rough time but you've got over 6 MONTHS of being a non-smoker behind you. Whatever happens in the next 6 months, you'll be so much happier if you are not smoking then. Honestly, your body, mind and spirit will all need everything you've got to get through this time in your life. Throwing away those resources on smoking just isn't worth it. I am so sorry for this to be happening to you right now. It seems that many times, people decide to hurt you at just the point when you are the most vulnerable and need support the most. It is time for you to be strong and not dwell on the past but use this as a reason to open the door to the future. Good luck. Thanks guys. A big part of why In originally quit was for my wife and step-son. Ther craving is coming from a self destructive part of me that almost doesn't care if I die from cancer and almost wishes I would. Tonight in a gas station I started down a pack of smokes, vividly remebered the taste and samll and almost got sick. I went with a Vit**in Wa**er instead. (Trying not to use brand names) The XXX Antioxidants blueberry pomergranite will be my new addiction. Thanks for all the support everyone. I knew I could count on you guys! ...and a special shout out to my April Ashkickers!!! Hey Jon, You don't give up 192 days of Quit Time just like that, I don't know whether there's children involved in Your marriage, They say that Time, will heal a lot of things, so I think what You Both need is a cooling off Period, Stay with a friend, or in a Motel for a week or two, and stay with Your everyday life as much as possible, as for as Your job and Your routine daily, and then after a week or two, sit down an try to solve Your resolutions with One another, And if that don't work, You probally know the Outcome, No, You can smoke until Your Blue in the face, it will not make this problem better, Sometimes a Counselor between the Both of You can be a life savor, for They know the needs and wants from both of You, and then compromise, Luck To You Friend, Smokless In Oklahoma My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1699 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 50,970 Amount Saved: $7,271.72 Life Gained: Days: 397 Hrs: 4 Mins: 21 Seconds: 15

Jon, we can give ourself any excuse to smoke and you have a dandy. You are going through a really tough situation, and it's easy pick right up again. Don't do it. We find ways to self destruct, but smoking is not going to pull us down any further. Stay strong, in the long run, you know it's best to stay smoke free. 192 days is awesume! Make it 193 and go day by day again if you have to. Jon, you know smoking won't help! I know that right now, there isn't anything that will help, if you think about it. Your best bet is to sit down and talk with your spouse to find what out, who, what, where, when, and why. I cannot give you advice on your marriage, that is a very private thing. I can only hope that it is a temporary situation and things can maybe work out. So don't smoke. Just remember NOPE! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 242 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,050 Amount Saved: $2,553.10 Life Gained: Days: 29 Hrs: 15 Mins: 14 Seconds: 6
