Cassy,
maybe you are just going into your 30 slump a little early. Hang in there and it will be over before you know it. The more you resist cravings the easier it will be come the next time.
Love,
Mama

I'm here, not smoking, but very stressed. Have more going on than any human can take. BUT I"M Not really even thinking about smoking except to be amazed that I'm not smoking during all of this stuff. I am quite because I don't really know what to say at this point, so I'm not posting but I am lurking and reading.
Love,
Mama

That is right! It doesn't cancel it out, that is junkie talk. But I had a slip and believe me, after you allow that to enter your head even a little bit it makes it really hard to continue on your quit. Picking up and starting again was definatly the hardest thing I have ever done. So be nice to yourself and flush it.

I'm not sure what is going on with that but I care about you and want to see you healthy. Let's remember why you wanted to be here in the first place. What were your reasons for quitting?

That teen really doesn't mean it... Like I said, they are bonkers. I know, I have 4 of them. They have a lot of friends and my house if the "hang out" house. I've yet to see one that had any sanity.
Crying it out is good for both of you. Flush the cig right now, and then cry it out together. It will bring you closer.
Love,
Mama

I don't have metalic but I sometimes taste cigarettes in my mouth. I figure that is my lungs clearing out the junk.

Hey, both of you stop! Breath in, breath out. breath in, breath out.
Now, jerlasvegas, are you trying to put e-mails or links or something in your posts that might be causeing that? Is it possibly a technical problem?
Tina, mine said the same thing to me during my first week. I think all those teenagers talk to each other and plot and plan against us. Don't ever take anything a teenager says personally. Remember that they are out of thier minds and completely bonkers.
Keep posting, just type and let us know what is going on.

Mama
