It is hard to believe, isn't it? But yet strength and will power got you here. Just keep on going, before you know it you'll be going to the beach. And I am right behind you.

For those of you who haven't heard yet:
Sadly, Dana Reeve, wife of Christopher Reeve, passed away last night from lung cancer. I feel sad for her boy who now also lost his mother.
From what I understand she didn't smoke, and yet got lung cancer. Just puts everything in perspective. I mean if a person who never smoked gets lung cancer, a smoker is probably ten times more likely to get it. This just confirms my decision to stay quit.

Interesting Thread, RR. I remember when I was pregnant (didn't smoke) with my first son we visited my family (smokers) in Europe. When we came back, and I openend the suitcase this disgusting smell of stale smoke came towards me. All our clothes stinked like smoke, and had to be dry cleaned.

Hi Lily,
Just come here often. In the beginning of my quit I would come to the site 3 or 4 times a day to get inspiration. The support you get here is amazing, and will help you immensely along the way.
Good Luck, Gaby

Could it be? I looked at my stats today, and it has been 50 DAYS!!!
Shout it from the roof top!
This has been an amazing ride so far. Can't wait to get to the beach.
Thank you all, if it hadnt' been for you, it would have been hell and a half (or I'd still be stinking of smoke). You rock!
