Punkin,
Congrats on 509 days! I know what you mean. One of the bestest times for me is when a friend calls up and is in the neighborhood and wants to stop by. Now it is SOOO easy to tell them I would love to have them come over. And not have to rush to change my blouse and brush my teeth.
FREEDOM is great!

Hi Sallys_daughter,
What a great nerve line! I think I'll email that one to my husband. You sound very determined, good. You (we all) are on the right road.
All the Best,
Joonie (lunatic)

Strange feeling today that I haven't had since the first quit week. I felt sleepy, you know, the kind of sleepy that you feel when you haven't had a cig for hours!? It wasn't a craving either. Strange feeling to have all the sudden and was unexpected. Anyone else had this sensation?
Still love the line....Crave the Quit!
and still a lunatic...Joonie

Hi Na!
And don't forget about the SSC site. What a great way to get through the times that we feel less in control. Staying occupied during the craves. I think is one of the keys to a successful quit especially in the early days.

Hi Fear Less,
Bingo couldn't have put it better. These feeling will pass and be but a faint memory in no time at all. Just stay quit for those
memories to happen. Be Gentle On Youself. You Are Doing Great! Congrats to 3 weeks! Fantastic!!
