Hello Sammy,

I am glad to hear that today was a better day for you! You have almost made it through hell week, great work!
Keep working hard and post often! We are here for you.

You can do this, Sammy. You're fighting your way through a crazy week. I guess they don't call it Hell Week for nothing. But it keeps getting easier after that.

Just make sure to stay close and post when the urge strikes. HotSi02 (another poster here that you will most likely meet here) likes to remind people to post and wait for 3 responses before smoking; by the time that happens, the urge will be long gone, and you will have defeated one more urge. Each of these little battles makes you stronger.

Hi Sammy
Those bad days are what helped me make it to 143 days, I kept telling myself I did not want to do them over again.
You are doing Great, the worst should almost be over. You will learn how to change direction when those triggers arise.
Most days I do not even think about a smoke now.Stick with it . The Freedom is Great.

Well I am so glad this week is almost over. My worst day was yesterday, wow how brutal. The craving would just not leave me alone no matter what I did it just kept coming back to me. Today was a much better day thankfully. Going through another day like yesterday would have been brutal.
