i felt it was easy too, i wanted it, i had everyone behind me (i had one slip but didn't let it stop me or beat me) and now~ i am full speed ahead! it feels great it breaths great and worth every painful or painfree step!

Just wanted to add... just got back from flying didn't know how i would feel (as i always was the one searching out the smoker lounges...and OMG it was nice!!! i looked at those poor people in the lounge with pitty!!! the smoke around there heads, the smell coming out of the opening doors... i could not believe that i actually sat in there!!!
ssee if you can fiind one... and the feel the pitty for the people still addicted and attached to those sticks! i would give them a hug if they didn't smell so bad!

Mr. Ed... i saw that too in atl... people in a cloud filled room... (one i used to die to find) but now... they looked like they were all on fire... like they were choking in that thick smokey air.. i felt really sorry for them... good call out mr. ed

thank you brenda... you are right! as i am sure everyone on this site will agree... that is why the ssc is so good... there are no limits no fingers blaming pointing, judging or critizing... everyone here is happy that we are trying and hoping we are succeeeding... i like the 2 birthdays...heck sometime i have more...

hey bj..yeah i knew it could have been that very easily so i turned around the next morning and said no all over again... did even have a 3 day melt down just like before and so i just told myself that i could get past it learn from it and not let it win!!! NO WAY!!! gues what 2 weeks later... i am back to where i was strong and loving the smoke free me :)

after putting on a few- and accepting that i would...i choose to be ok with it and now i am a gym rat and the lbs are melting away!!! your body cancope with it better as a non smoker... and i can w.o. longer... and my diet is for the first time includingveggies and fruits... my folks would be proud!!! hahha
