Though it is making it a bit harder, the smell after being free for 4 yeah days and the bright sunshine is helping my mood... if i make it home tonight, then i have a big step done!!!

do i change the title to it's been 6 days haha!!! i was a bit quiet last night and this morning i had a fitting (sorry i work in fashion) and i got so annoyed and a bit pissy, but since i have just accepted all of this i coped instead of gave up...even though it was a mental struggle.
did a high level spin class (so gaining weight isn't a reason to slip) it killed me i wanted to chuck and the rest of the evening all i felt was oh my...my lungs feel so weak!! why was i doing all that damage to myself!!!!
so good times through the ruff times...my local support as well as this site and my daily blog (fahionablemomo.blogspot.com)
i have defn had moments...but the fact that i am getting ready to spend my first summer smoke free is kinda exciting!!!!
