still looking for what works for me, seems to be food food food. I still love the smell when someone walks by me. I just take it one day at a time and just say today I am not smoking.

No, for me this never worked. To me this quit is extemely personal and I don`t really talk to anyone about it much. I have to do it for me and I fight every day with myself still not to smoke. It get easier and the cravings get smaller as time goes by.

My cravings are bad in the evenings, but they are getting shorter and I am learning how to get over them quickly, I still talk to myself and argue a lot. Some days are worse than others but mostly I say, if you are going to smoke, do it ,if not shut up and go away, usually it goes pretty fast. I think you have to fight for your freedom like everything else worth doing.

My first thought was Cool, but then I thought about it and I think if you really want to smoke, does`nt make any difference where you get it or how much you pay for it you will get it but gotta hand it to some people for their original efforts. lol actually was my second thought.
