My cravings are bad in the evenings, but they are getting shorter and I am learning how to get over them quickly, I still talk to myself and argue a lot.  Some days are worse than others but mostly I say, if you are going to smoke, do it ,if not shut up and go away, usually it goes pretty fast. I think you have to fight for your freedom like everything else worth doing.

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 10/17/2008
Smoke-Free Days: 286
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,150
Amount Saved: $2,288.00
Life Gained:
Days: 40 Hrs: 9 Mins: 45 Seconds: 52
