Tips to keep your quit going....

Tons and tons of orange juice with lots of pulp, microwave Kraft dinner.  Deep breathing, sleep and movies while laying in my bed.

Ha ha, I`m a quitter too but can`t help smiling at those pathetic things we did to get a smoke except for me I didn`t care who or what I looked like long as I had my smoke.  Made me smile  reading them, almost made me go to the store to get some but I didn`t

Thanks all, I had an extra helping of microwave Kraft dinner (my new addiction) I celebrated with the extra 10 pounds I have to lose soon, my son is getting married in September and I will have to find something to wear that is not sweats.. moan and groan

This is my last week on Chantix. Advice needed!!

I really got bloated big time on chatix(champix), apparently it`s normal. Happily all my dreams were awesome. It is a remarkable drug for those lucky enough to tolerate.  I thank God every day I was one of them.  That being said,,, you still have to be watchful, the nicodemon is never far away.   grrrrrrrr
