fighting the blahs

Hi Deb, I got the blahs a lot until I finally said to myself either smoke or shut up, it took a long time to learn how to just say nope, to stop thinking about it and accept that it was really my time to quit.  I still miss smoking, but I also miss Jericho the TV show and can`t have that back either so time to move on for me. I hope your days get a bit better and tho I did not believe it myself, it actually really and positively does get easier.

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 10/17/2008
Smoke-Free Days: 306
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,650
Amount Saved: $2,448.00
