Theresa reaches 30 BIG days

Congratulations Theresa! Everyone who's been through those 30 days you just accomplished will agree it seems like a  lifetime! I see you post often and that seems to be the lifeline answer for those who  make it to the (non-smokey) mountain top.
Keep up the great quit!

July 14th - Monday's Marvellous Quitters!

Wow Leslie 77 months! I joined the SSC  in  4/02  and I remember you and see there are a few more members still here and smokefree. Unfortunately for me  I went back to  smoking after seven months and smoked for six more miserable years. This quit I feel much more confident in myself and am pretty sure I've had enough of smoking in this lifetime!
You are certainly a power of example for me.
Keep up the great  quit!

That's It!

Great job getting through the roughest day! If you really want to do this you will. Watch how fast your stats add up as a non-smoker! This is so worth doing!

( stats ) How many days free are you?

Hi everyone,
I just checked in to see it has been 247 days without being chained to  almost 6200 Camels!
There is something very different about this quit. I know I've never had such a positive attitude
in previous attempts. I'm so grateful to be a non-smoker today!
Hanging in there with all of you!

Hi Fuff,
You're doing great! Your first post and you already have six days in the bank! Every time I quit it was always harder than the previous one. You can do this if you want to. It is so worth doing!
Hang in there and welcome!

Yep it's me again....but I

Hey kristilu,
Twenty six hours is like forever for those of us who smoked like there was no tomorrow (and for some of us there wasn't).
Quit now! Speaking from experience, "The longer you smoke the harder it gets to quit!"
