Thanks Mr. Ed and all the members here! I am feeling the luck of the Irish today, so much so I brought some of my corn beef and cabbage to work for my co-workers to try. (I'm told mine is the best)! I can't believe I'm smoke free today twice as long as I've ever gone before!
Thanks!

If you want to quit you've certainly come to the right place. There's lots of us here who are not on their first quit. The SSC has been like a lifeboat for me. Nothing has been more worthwhile in my life. I never thought I could quit. Its nice to be in control today!
You can do this!

I'm not much of a poster here but come by often to see how other members are doing. Good to meet you as well. We 17th quitters are in pretty impressive company! Congrats to you on your 9 months, to Bob on his sensational 7, to Ladybugg, Attaboygirl, and Walkingeagle on their fabulous 4's (truly inspirational for us all), and to everyone else here not smoking today! Its not always easy but sure worthwhile! We can do this!

Keep up the great quits!

We all understand your frustration trying to deal with this monster! I can't add a word to KC416 and Rock's great advice. I can share that my smoking career history is very similar to yours ( started young, definite aorta problems if I didn't quit, years of frustration and unhappiness with myself). You can do this and everyone here wants for your success! It all begins with you!

You are doing great! We all can identify with what you are going through. Its comforting to know if we just keep putting one foot in front of the other we can get our lives back. For some of us who started very young its a whole new life. If we go back we will never know what's around the next corner. The last thing I want to do today is smoke!
Hang in there! You do have a choice today!
