Ah, he's 18 and I am not as important as I think I am when It comes to being a support for him. LOL Just kidding. He's off with his friends and he doesn't live with me but I'll see him in the morning then I'm back home and lock myself in and start refinishing his bedroom and make it mine again. I figure putting myself away from the human population is probably a real good idea while I do this for the first 2 days at least until I have to go back to work. :eg:
I'm on for a minute before I take off for the evening and will check back in before I go to bed tonight. I am on the downslide with 3 left tonight and I did not buy anymore. I appreciate, truly appreciate every single one of you, especially my Sister. Hi Kelly and thank you. Tomorrow morning I will be on bright and early too looking for words of encouragement as I go into my morning.

Wow I just got home and checked in and no one has been on and sent me reinforcing comments. So I just smoked my last cigarrette and when I got home I emptied my car ashtray and my one on the patio and the one in my kitchen and put everything away. I'm ready to tackle this. I have a day planned out to keep busy and am feeling confident.

It's 7am and the stupid cat won't let me sleep. Decided to sleep in and then go see my son. I'm going back to bed and start the day in a little while, but had to check my postings. Thanks everyone.

I woke up angry and sad this morning and all i want to do is cry and smoke. I haven't gotten out of the house yet so I have none, but that's coming in about an hour.I don't know if today is such a good day to try this or not.
I was not feeling all those things this morning because of the quit. It is because I am mourning the loss of a very loved young man. I have smoked today and made the decision that my original quit date of Feb 9th was probably a better idea than this. I am still planning that and have changed my quit date to next Saturday so I can get thru this week with the funeral service and all and let go of my strong feelings of grief. I didn't go with my gut on this first quit date, but instead let all of you convince me that I should go ahead and do it now. I know better than to ignore that gut. That's God talking to me. Next Saturday it is and I really hope that everyone will still be here for me day to day until then and after.

Thanks everyone! And just so you know I have only had 5 yet today and it's 5PM, so it's not building, it's just on hold for a week.
Is anyone else having trouble with replying in that it is taking a full couple of minutes for me to be able to type anything in here.

I did read that. It's real good to read what she went thru and came out on the other side of. I will be doing that too! I just know it. I can't say enough how wonderful all the support is here.
