You rock freeatlast, grats on 15 Days!!!! I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 4 days, 3 hours, 26 minutes, and 36 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 83 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 28 foot long cigarette) * Spent $17.73 on cigarettes * Inhaled 828 mg of tar * Inhaled 66 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 1,243 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 911 mg of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 12 hours, 15 minutes, and 42 seconds off my life

Nomad still here. NO patches, and no serious cravings. Little twinges every now and then. Usually when I drink too much coffee. Other than that, I'm doing just fine. duckie, Everyone's body will react differently to the quit. Take some relax time and get the sleep you need. If this persists, check with your doctor to rule out anything medical. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
