Hi mama and to all of the June-Bugs. I ve not been around due to a hetic schedule, but had a chance to pop on and see how all is. I ve been thinking of all of you specially when those drop a bom on me urges come out of no where, those urges are really frusterating but I will not give in even though my brain forgets that I dont smoke occasionally! lol Take care hope to talk to you again soon. I am sorry for not being a June-bug any more :( I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 1 day, 1 hour, 32 minutes, and 9 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 21 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 7 foot long cigarette) * Spent $4.55 on cigarettes * Inhaled 212 mg of tar * Inhaled 17 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 319 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 234 mg of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 3 hours, 8 minutes, and 55 seconds off my life
