Missthing - I remember lying in bed one night totally depressed contemplating liposuction. I have to admit that I am a little baffled because you are doing everything right...Your calorie intake is good, you are getting lots of exercise (Your body just doesn't seem to be cooperating) Are you perhaps losing inches but not losing pounds? One tiny wee lady at the gym said that when she started exercising her weight didn't change but she lost tons of inches...
I know absolutely NOTHING about eating habits so perhaps a Nutritionist or (at least) somebody at your gym could help.
Yesterday - No exercise for me....1554 calories (61.4% carb, 24.6% fat, 14 % protein)
I think I'll wait till tomorrow to weigh in.........
