Hi everyone... I haven't been tracking what I've been eating but I haven't been overdoing it. Trying to make it through these last 3 classes. 3 nights a week I'm not in until 9:30 or 10 and then the other night I have church stuff. Really giving me a run for my money. I will try to keep up better. I have been getting my exercise.... Yesterday - 4 hours of standing and walking around at a golf tournament. That counts, because I was sore last night :) Today - been cleaning up and rearranging furniture. Hope everyone is doing well..... We all really fell off the diet wagon didn't we......maybe it was just the posting wagon :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 268 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,378 Amount Saved: $938 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 16 Mins: 46 Seconds: 28

Welcome Healerwithin... always room for one more! Cheryl...I've seen those balls but couldn't image my big rear in the air like that :p Let me know how it goes and if it really feels like a workout. I'm Curious. It comes with a workout tape, kind of like Leslie right????? Rusty...I had grilled chicken salad for dinner last night. That's all veggies :) I've lost 5 pound too! I'm glad you care. Trust me, I'm ok. Just on the run a lot lately. I've devised a schedule for cooking at home so that we all eat better. Everyone has a night during the week except on Wed and then everyone is on their own. I get to cover Fri, Sat, and Sun. Hopefull this helps in everyone eating better and it also gives me some help with the dinner responsibilities. Have a great day everyone! Ha! This is actually kind of comical coming from me. Lets go back to six months ago...I never thought I would be saying this....here it is.... My appetite has really decreased and I'm skipping the fast food. I know you guys don't think this is a good thing but come on...It's got to be better than eating too much! b. coffee l. Stouffers Lasagna d. Hamburger helper Cals. 633 Fat. 20 Exercise - Walked around at work for about 20 minutes for a break and parking lot shuffles between work and school. Yes Hummy and Rusty ... I hear both of you. I know this isn't enough. I stopped on my way home from class and bought some Cherrios to take to work with me to start the day with. This will add calories to my diet. Never thought those words would be typed by my fingers. I did check out the sparks thing but am having a hard time finding my way around. I'll have to spend more time there. OK...I've given the kids all of my girl scout cookies.... NO MORE! Do you know how quickly a box of those things can disappear? and they all went in my mouth! :p yesterday b. coffee (girlscout cookies) l. Healthy Choice French Bread Pizza (girl scout cookies) d. Tuna Sandwich, and you guessed it....more girl scout cookies. Exercise...parking lot shuffle. Law class and statistics are over! I either passed Law or I didn't but either way it is over. I've got a free week before I start my last 3 classes. Hopefully I'll get some good exercise in. I just blew it. Dad brought home Krispy Kreme. Chocolate Iced, cream filled. He just left them in the middle of the table. They attacked me when I walked in the door. One of them jumped right into my mouth and was gone in about 3 bites. We haven't had those in a long time girls. Join me? Well call it the celebration reward for Hummys 300 Days! What do you say? :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 244 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,894 Amount Saved: $854 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 13 Mins: 36 Seconds: 27

Rusty... So far so good. I have had ZERO (0) girl scout cookies today. You can do it! Throw them away. Get rid of all the traces of cookies you may have at home, at work in your car. Believe in yourself. I know you stop eating them if you try. Your desire not to eat the cookies must outweigh your desire to eat them. :p Or like you told me a long time ago with popcorn: Throw them under your car and run them over. Just don't eat them!
