David, I'm so glad you posted & didn't smoke! Many of us have had what we call milestone cravings and there are some active threads about it right now from some of your MustQuiteer buddies. Have a look around, maybe there will be something helpful to you, too.
The good news is it doesn't last long & you know you can get through it because you have already gotten through way worse!
We seem to crave at predictable milestones in our quits, usually 30, 60 & 90 days. Most of us believe it has to do with our brain being trained to reward our accomplishments with a smoke. We are proud of ourselves for making that milestone & comfortable enough in our quit that out guard is down enough for the junkie to jump in & start whispering that it's time he was rewarded for his patience.
It's BS of course, you've done all the hard work & you need to reward yourself, not the junkie! Do something nice for yourself, David, & go back to the coping strategies you used at the beginning. Water, deep breathing, chewing on something, whatever worked then will work now.
Also, better take a tinfoil hat. They seem to work even though they're really supposed to keep aliens from finding your teeth.
Take my hand if you need it, David, & flip the junkie the bird with your other one & now you can't light up!
