I cannot believe I haven't smoked 160 cigarettes! That is mind-boggling to me. I keep imagining this huge ashtray, overflowing with smelly, gross, disgusting butts & ashes & it seriously nauseates me. I can't say I miss a single one of them.

EXACTLY! & that's why this one is easier & is going to be successful for me.
