Dexter, duhh of course. Sorry I had to ask. BFS, as much as I respect and am inspired by you, no. MaMaG, that's a great one if YOU want to remember how to type all those fancy schmancy characters every time want to post. I have enough trouble with MAY. Why is everyone but the May quitters helping out with this? If it ends up just being Dexter & me, then we're the two-MAY-two's.

Doing great, Cowboy. Keep it up. Keeping our mouth busy helps & I'm sure especially if you used to chew rather than smoke. But have you considered an NRT as well? It helps with the irritability & anxiety so you are clearer-headed & can actually DECIDE when you want to chew on something. It seems as if your mind is teling you to chew something, expecting that it will get some nicotine to pass off to the junkie that lives there. When is doesn't get it, it tells you to chew something else. NRT is just a way to make the quit a little less stressful & allow you to plan better & be more in control. Also, I am IN LOVE with plastic coffee straws ;p. No calories, no fat & cheap like borscht.

Short & sweet as always, Phil. I love the sunflowers, that's one of my very favourite paintings.

OK, I had no ideas, now I have too many. I don't know how our guy quitters would feel about being called flowers. Dexter, how does that grab you?

Penitent, with stats like yours, if you said we should call ourselves the May Pansies, I don't think anyone would argue. I would still like to hear from some more of the potential members of this very exclusive society. Cowboy, Whata, Daviscup, Selene, where are you quitters??

Look around your house, Phil. Maybe you've done as I have & rewarded yourself in advance. I have to stay quit for 73 years to pay for what I bought just this weekend. Add one more replacement addiction to my water bottle & coffee straw.

Short & sweet POSTINGS, hon. I would not presume to intuit your stature. I love how brits knock around the phrase "knocked up". No matter the context, it strikes terror into the heart of any Canadian mother of a teenage girl.

Great flowers, not so great organization skills. We don't have household rubbish in Canada, we have a garbage can. Glad you found your card & VERY glad you didn't think about a smoke, can't wait till I get there. Bear, old buddy, we were looking for you earlier. Missed you.
