Congratulations on leaving the cigs behind. You are actually using a very good technique that helped me alot. That is, visualization. It really does help to imagine all of those cigarettes and think of the all the bad stuff that you are not allowing into your body...

I cannot believe I haven't smoked 160 cigarettes! That is mind-boggling to me. I keep imagining this huge ashtray, overflowing with smelly, gross, disgusting butts & ashes & it seriously nauseates me. I can't say I miss a single one of them.
