whats wrong with me

MMM A good night's sleep sound wonderful!! I'll be honest I have not had a decent night's sleep since I quit. The 1st couple days I realised I need to take the patch off when I sleep (I theorized, you dont smoke while you sleep). Still I awoke @ midnight or 1 or 2 AM, It seems to be after 4-5 hours sleep. And yeah. I couldn't get back to sleep. I have been on wellbutrin 2x's a day since I quit. I am backing off the nighttime dose (last night was 1st night). If that doesnt do it, I am going to talk to my doc. I'll let you know what happens. BTW, all I am going to stop spell/grammar checking every post I make...you can see what kind of stupor I REALLY am in..lol Signerd" llk;ldume dasd My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 29 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 599 Amount Saved: $133.4 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 5 Mins: 58 Seconds: 18

Tomorrow is the day

Just got onto this post....smitty you are doing the right thing..I was just where you are a month ago...thats it, just a month....go day by day and you will be here soon! minute by minute if needed ....every crave you pass (and store) makes you closer to freedom. Btw..Like pete said nohing but respect for you 1st responders! I had "cedar fire" In my neck of the woods (so cal) 3 years ago. Fire was just east of us....crew heading toward fire at beginning (took the time) rode up and down our street sounding siren (at 2 am)...by 3 am 1st house was burning on our street.....If it wasn't for this crew heading to origin of fire, the outcome would have been diferent. (as the fire traveled west from us, it killed 15 people, and burned over 450 square miles. 7mg tomorrow @ 1 month

I'd be lying if I said today was better (or worse)...No real danger..no chain saws. :8o: I told my wife about feeling the effects of stepping down (although nothing compared to 1st day of quitting). I can handle it, it is temporary. She is on a diet...the neighbor brought over 2 lbs of Sees chocolate earlier today. She said at least you dont have 2 lbs of smokes staring at you!! (sigh) my lovley bride has a nac for putting things in perspective.
