I also have become a big cry-baby since I quit! They say crying is a good thing. After a good cry I like to take a hot bath and then I find I can nap for a bit-I then feel sooo refreshed. If this continues, though, you might want to go see your doc about meds. I took wellbutrin for the first two months of my quit and it did help the quit AND depression. Teen, This is normal and it will pass. In the meantime to try and regulate your sleeping disturbances try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. Also try to increase your level of physical activity. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist, sometimes smoking can mask illness. Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

teen, I went through bad periods of sleep deprivation. I have also through very moody periods and lows during my 9-10 month quit. What if I told you that I don't feel any of that now? And that the whole experience has been completely WORTH IT? hang on in there You will be a winner when all of this is done! teen- Just hold on tight... this quitting journey is tough - it's emotional, it's frustrating and it will bring up every emotion you had and didn't know you had... Time... it takes time.
