Just wanting to introduce myself. I have stopped smoking since two weeks. I was hypnotised and then went through a nasty first week of withdrawals, which soon went away. Feel great now, but was hoping I could join your merry group for some support in staying off the cigarettes!

Hypnosis has helped me a great deal. I was hypnotised two weeks ago and haven't had a cigarette. I wasn't sure whether it was going to work at the beginning, but this feels different this time, to the previous attempts at quitting.
