Thats awsome!! I love hearing things like this because it makes me believe that if everyone else can do it so can I. I was doing some yard work last night and I was working hard digging up some weeds and about 30 minutes went by and I was so ready to sit down take a break, grab a coke and a smoke. THEN it dawned on me that I DON'T SMOKE any more. Its so strage how my life was so structured around smoking, just like yours was on that long drive.

It will take some time for those bad habbits to go away but they do. They cross my mind all the time and just say oops I don't do that any more. Its amazing how bad habits are so easy to pick up and so hard to let go.
