:)Nascar it seems time for a reward for your 8 days. How about some polish on your pretty clean nails? Put some good smelling lotion on and climb in bed for a short nap. Or how about going to the big bookstore and poking thru all the books? Or taking your son out for a walk and look at all the neighborhood sights and it is good exercise. Believe me the third week gets a little easier and each one after that . We are addicts and can never go back. judy

:pOh Alley Ann how exciting going to Maui. If I can lose a few pounds maybe I can squeeze into a carry on and ya can take me too. Think of the lack of problems you'lll have by not smoking. I almost missed my flight a few years ago because of trying to find a place to smoke in the terminal and there aren't many. January is a great time as it'll be warm there not like Col. or is it Arizona youre from. judy

hi Alexa, We quit around the same time and I'm sorry to hear about your slip but just forget about it and jump right back in you know that 3 puffs makes you feel worse than if yoou hadn't had any. I'd rather be a chubby nonsmoker tan a skinny smoker besides pretty soon I will be starting an exewrcise program. Right now I have back problems . Just make sure you don't have any cigs and lighter around the house and watch out when you go to gas station or quick stop markets so you don't buy any. Get out the straws. Would you have to through the Hell week and all for just 3 puffs No I am not thinking of doing it. judy
