;)Hi bgainshunter: Good to hear you are back on track. I read about your problems with your friend and did you know that is just one of the things with alzheimers my dad who never cussed called me all kinds of things and accused me of taking his beautiful brush set(never knew what that was) and all his furniture. They are just not the people they were there are groups for caregivers and family contact your local alzheimer group. If you get rid of that problem then it will be easier to stay quit.

Hi Bingo, you're in my thoughts and prayers. I'm sure your story will make some of us stronger in our quit and I hope everything turns out good for you. Early detection and there are so many breakthoughs, yeah easy for me to say huh. Just keep us posted ,we care. judy
I'm still here and it gets easier don't even think about smokining. My last big reward was a puppy and believe me it is a distraction that keeps me busy as I crate train, housebreak and train the tiny little furball. Going for walks comes next when she gets bigger. The weight gain seems to be dropping also.judy
