I will accomplish the Ultimate Freedom in my Quit

I 'm not a long term quitter as I only have 104 days in but I have reached that time that so many have the bad craves that last for days. I haven't had that and I kinda think that maybe if you expect it to happen it will. I'm not complaining and that's just my opinion. What could have been Part II

With all the bad things that have happened to you this week you certainly have the best attitude! And congratulations on your one year original quit. I know about the shoulder thing, my grandson is a swimmer and he had rotator cup injury and it sidelined him from competition for awhile. We're all proud of you spitting in Nickodemons face so you go girl and hope your probs will be over very soon. You're a real inspiration to us all, judy My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 104 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,725 Amount Saved: $208 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 1 Mins: 46 Seconds: 13

The millionth try begins

Hi Jer, I remember you from when I first quit cuz I was thinking maybe you were Jerry Lewis. Oh well it's good to start again and hope you are prepared and remember NOPE. Also think up some rewards for your first week and then other milestones. The no booze goes well with the quit smoking as the two together can be dynomite. The diet well do what you can there is a waist watchers thread here too you may be interested in. If you believe it you can acheive it.judy My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 107 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,797 Amount Saved: $214 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 11 Mins: 28 Seconds: 25
