Simple solve your breathing problems by moving to Sacramento the low humidity city. Sure it gets 110 sometimes but the humidity is almost always very low.

Me too me too me too. Didn't even realize it till saw your post and knew I quit around same time. Yes the second 100 days go by much faster and I really don't have any thoughts of smoking but I seem to have had an easier time than a lot of people. Justbelieve it and acheive it. My reward? well I spent $70. at WalMart yesterday. judy
