I agree with N2K. You should do what YOU want to do with it Pam. It is your meter chickie! However it helps you is what matters. Hi Pam, So sorry to hear about the accident and your shoulder. Life is so crummy sometimes (and all at once too). I think your attitude speaks volumes and makes us all even more proud of you and your 232 days!!!! It's still a BIG WOW. You've got the confidence and gusto to prevail through these hard times. If you need to talk, we're here ~ Glad you have shared with us and moved forward with your quit. Yes, I think you should say that this would have been "the" day, but also that you are OKAY with that and have accepted what is going on with you NOW in a positive way. You're doing fantastic despite what the cards have dealt. Stay great! With all the bad things that have happened to you this week you certainly have the best attitude! And congratulations on your one year original quit. I know about the shoulder thing, my grandson is a swimmer and he had rotator cup injury and it sidelined him from competition for awhile. We're all proud of you spitting in Nickodemons face so you go girl and hope your probs will be over very soon. You're a real inspiration to us all, judy My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 104 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,725 Amount Saved: $208 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 1 Mins: 46 Seconds: 13

Pam - Sorry about your shoulder and accident - This day is one of celebration for you - you as a non-smoker, of a healthy strong woman and someone with a wonderful attitude. I am very proud of you and how you handled this day! Pamye! :) Good lands! U are not exactly haveN the Luck 'O the Irish lately.
The strength and determination that I have gained through the quitting process has allowed me to stand tall despite the challenges in my life. In the past year, I have been faced with many, many, many challenges. The one thing I have learned, if nothing else, is that smoking will not solve any of my problems, nor did quitting cause them
But you seem to have the wisdom of the Greeks. :) I don't think a post with so much bad news has ever made me feel so good! You are one of a kind :) *oops gotta go~just got an email...... from U!* ;) All the best~ 2 My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/20/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 302 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,661 Amount Saved: $1510 Life Gained: Days: 28 Hrs: 17 Mins: 39 Seconds: 19

What was it you were sayN about 'opinions' earlier? *grin* The view from this side of the computer screen shows me it's your meter 2do with as you wish. :) Besides, I only look at anothers meter 2determine what stage of the quit they are N so that my response might be more 'quit age' appropriate. You are far enough along that I'm done helpN you so it doesn't matter 2me~lmbo *j/k* All the best~ 2 My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/20/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 305 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,729 Amount Saved: $1525 Life Gained: Days: 29 Hrs: 0 Mins: 47 Seconds: 7
