Maria congratulations! Two weeks is great you are over the hardest part. Just keep doing what you're doing and the stats will really add up one day at a time.

Thanks everyone for the congratullations. Coming here and reading posts has made my quit easier. I should be posting more to help the newbies but I don't have the writing skills like some of you guys have. My reward continues to be my puppy who is getting over the bratty behavior. I also had a latte with my Flylady friends this a.m. Hope you all hang onto your quits it does get easier. Judy :)

Welcome back 4my2girls, and congratulations on 6 months smokefree. Sorry that you are having a tough time right now but you have been given a lot of good advice here. Go back to your dr. and ask for help. What's that saying "if mama ain't happy then no one is" When I have a bad day-the fence is falling down and the car needs an expensive timing belt- I give myself 10 minutes for a pity party and then get busy with something else. I don't live near the ocean but I thought smoking was banned on all beaches in California.
