Hi morning glory, i too have days when i feel sorry for myself, it is very much like a rolercoaster.
Something that might cheer you up though is that at 4.30 today i realised that i had forgotton my patch (again), this is why i have 5 children because of my bad memory, anyway back to the point, i felt pretty good today so i do not think there is anything to fear except fear itself, hope you are feeling more positve real soon.

I have just got up, it is 2 am here in England and i just cannot sleep, my legs ache so much i just want to pull them off my body. I have never had this problem before. I havn't used NRT since i forgot to put my patch on Thursday morning,is this withdrawal?
I have made myself a cup of tea and got myself some chocolate, well i need comfort food at the moment.
My son has left his pack of cigs next to the computor, no i dont want one i was just saying.
I think i will go back to bed and see if sleep comes any easier now,i feel a bit better for having a moan; good night all.

Milaya you are not a loser and you chose not to smoke that cig this shows that you are quite determined in your quit.
You should be feeling pride that you threw it away and not disgust.
It is no good beating yourself up, you are only human, it is done with now use this as experience and carry on with a successful quit.
